I caved, I did it. I have been wanting to own a KitchenAid Stand Mixer for sometime now. Whenever I see people using them on TV it looks as though it makes the job of mixing so much easier. And I have been doing a lot of baking lately, so....I bought one with some of our tax refund! Yeah!
I found a great deal at Futureshop online and I just had to buy it. So, it is on it's way, and I am hoping (cross my fingers) that it will be here before easter weekend, which is next weekend! If it does get here before Easter, be sure that I will be baking an Easter pie or some other easter treat!
I've been looking at the attachments that I could buy for it, and think that I would get some good use out of them as well. However, I am not going to purchase them just yet. I figured I would write them on a birthday or Christmas list and hope that my husband decides that it is a good idea for a gift. hehe Can you tell that it is still early in my marriage?! I would be thrilled with a very domestic gift! hehe
